- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging.
- Please email us on email@example.com to begin the refund/exchange process.
- After we receive your return, we will assess that it is in the same condition as when it was sent and will be in touch with an update on your refund or exchange.
- All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used.
- Shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
- Damages and issues - please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items - unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
